IGC Entertainment Corporation ("IGC") is committed to operating pursuant to applicable Laws and respecting the privacy of individuals. IGC recognizes rights of the people with whom we do business and of our employees concerning the appropriate management and protection of any personal information, which we receive or which is provided to us.

With respect to the collection, storage, use and retention of your personal information, IGC operates pursuant to the following Privacy Management Guideline:

Collection: IGC collects personal information about individuals (clients, customers, employees, etc.) in order to better manage its business. In appropriate circumstances, IGC will make all reasonable efforts to fully inform such individuals about the planned use/disclosure. IGC will limit the collection and use of personal information to that required for valid business purposes or to comply with applicable legislation.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties: It should be clearly understood that the contact coordinates relating to each person which accesses IGC's (or any of its affiliates') websites or purchases any of IGC's (or any of its affiliates') services and which IGC has access to their respective contact coordinates may be provided to third parties (in exchange for compensation or otherwise) for an indefinite period of time without any compensation being payable to the subject person. Such third parties may be using this personal information to contact you to solicit, advertise or market their products and/or services to you.

Should you have any questions, concerns or disagree with the possible provision of your personal information in the manner that is described herein, please contact IGC's Chief Privacy Officer ("CPO") at the contact coordinates noted below.

Accuracy: IGC will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the personal information it collects and uses is accurate and complete. Upon written request to IGC's CPO, individuals will have the opportunity to review and correct their personal information and IGC will modify the information required.

Storage: IGC will store personal information using hard copy and/or electronic means in such a way as to use its commercially reasonable best efforts to prevent unauthorized collection, access, use, disclosure, or disposal of the personal information.

Retention: From time to time, IGC will establish a retention period for all personal information collected. This period may be related to legislated obligations.

Disclosure: Except as provided herein, IGC will not disclose personal information unnecessarily to employees or any third party, unless the affected individual consents.

Access: IGC promotes an individual's right and access to personal information about themselves and IGC's CPO will provide access to such information upon request. Access will be provided according to an established procedure, which is in place from time to time. Please note that access to a record may be subject to the payment of any fee required, according to applicable IGC policy.

Care: In addition to the care that IGC takes directly, we also work with the third parties that lease the personal information and all of our partner organizations that may, at some point, handle personal information gathered by us in the course of their relationship with, and service to, us to ensure they also use their commercially reasonable best efforts to meet these Guidelines and our standards of privacy, confidentiality, and security.

Management: All employees and third-party staff who in any way handle or manage personal information have been made aware of this Privacy Management Plan and the supporting procedures.
